This article provides instructions for online access to voicemails in the Sky phone system. All users can access and manage the voicemail messages for their own phone number directly in the Voicemail Box screen of the MiCloud Account Portal. Additionally, if a user has been enabled to access another user's voicemail messages, known as "shared voicemail," those voicemail messages can also be accessed in the Voicemail Box screen. For more information about accessing and managing voicemail, see the Voicemail Management article.
