When you miss a phone call in the Sky phone system, in addition to seeing missed calls on your phone, you can also access missed calls online in the Account Portal.
Viewing Missed Calls
To view a missed calls report for your phone number(s), do the following:
- Log in to Account Portal with your business email address and password.
- Navigate to Home > Calls > Missed Calls.
- On the Missed Calls screen you can:
- View and export a missed call report
- Click Call Log to view all calls (see the Call Log article for more information)
Export Missed Calls
- If desired, you can filter your view of missed calls to export only the desired data.
- Click Export and follow the prompts to either open or save the Missed Calls.csv file on your computer.
- Open the Missed Calls.csv file and widen the columns and/or sort the data to gain a better view of your missed calls data.
