MiCloud/Sky Help Center

From the MiCloud/Sky Help Center, you can read and print articles about MiCloud and Sky products, features, and services. A wide variety of videos are also available to help you learn more about MiCloud/Sky products and services.

To access the MiCloud/Sky Help Center, do one of the following:

  • Visit https://oneview.ringcentral.com.
  • Log in to the Account Portal, and then click Knowledgebase on the Support menu.
  • Log in to Account Console, and then click Support in the bottom-left corner.

The purpose of the MiCloud/Sky Support team is to help you resolve issues and make the necessary additions and changes to your organization's phone system.

Contacting Support

NOTE:  If you are a customer with a MiCloud Partner Managed Partner or Partner Managed  Wholesale Partner enabled for your account, you must contact your Partner, rather than Support, for all Support needs. For more information about viewing your partner details, see Viewing Partner Details.

If you experience an issue with a MiCloud/Sky product, feature, or service, a support case can be reported to Support. For detailed information about opening a support case, see Opening a Support Case.

Training

Training can help you make the most of your MiCloud/Sky products and services. A variety of free interactive tutorials and training videos are available.

RingCentral publishes performance publicly, in real-time, to signal our commitment to setting the highest standards for both reliability and honesty. You can view system status, scheduled maintenance, a history of recent issues, support case metrics, and more on the Trust website. For more information about the Trust site, see Trust Site.

To access Trust, do one of the following:

  • Visit https://oneview.ringcentral.com/s/trust.
  • Log in to the Account Portal, and then click Trust on the Support menu.
  • Log in to Account Console, click Help in the bottom-right corner, and then click Trust > Go to Trust.

From the MiCloud/Sky knowledgebase, you can access and read articles about MiCloud and Sky products, features, and services. A wide variety of videos are also available to help you learn more about MiCloud/Sky products and services.

To access Knowledgebase, do one of the following:

  • Log in to the Account Portal, and then click Knowledgebase on the Support menu.
  • Log in to the Account Console, click Help in the bottom-left corner, and then click Knowledge Base > Go to Knowledge Base.
