There are several different ways to utilize "voicemail-to-email" functionality in the Sky phone system:
Receive Voicemail to Email Notifications
You can customize your voicemail settings from the Sky Account Portal to automatically perform either of the following for each voicemail message that you receive:
- Send an email notification to one or more email addresses
- Send an email notification that includes a voicemail message (attached as a .wav audio file) to one or more email addresses
- There is a character limit for multiple email addresses which is 254

Forward Voicemails to Email
You can manually forward any voicemail message to one or more email addresses (and include a written note) from the Voicemail Box screen in the Sky Account Portal.

Receive Emails with Transcribed Voicemails
You can utilize the Sky Scribe service to have each voicemail message transcribed into text and sent with a .wav audio file attachment to one or more email addresses.
