A Team Manager is an "owner" of a Group in the Sky phone system. When a Group is created (by an Authorized Contact or Support), the assigned "owner" of each Group becomes a Team Manager. Only Team Managers (and Authorized Contacts) have access to the Team menu in the Sky Account Portal. Creating a Team Manager is especially useful when someone who is not a Decision Maker or Phone Manager needs access to the business intelligence phone usage reporting data that is only available in the Team menu.

The Team menu of the Sky Account Portal provides Team Managers with the following ways to access phone usage data for members of their Groups:

  • Business Intelligence Reports - In the Intelligence and Call Activity sub-menus, access a variety of customizable reports based on phone usage data for Locations and/or Groups. For reporting details, see our Sky Portal BI Reporting article.
  • Report Subscriptions - In the Manage sub-menu, manage Report Subscriptions to schedule email delivery of specific reports based on phone usage data for the members of the Team Manager's Groups.
  • Team Recordings - In the Add-on Features sub-menu, access Sky Replay, which provides access to Team Recordings, which are the call recordings for the phone profile numbers used by members of the Team Manager's Groups.

NOTE: For Team Managers to access the Team menu, they must log in to Account Portal with their business email address (username) and user password. To learn more, see the "Log In" section of the Personal Information article.
