Overview of the Account Portal
The Cloud Portal enables administrators and end users to manage various functional areas of the phone system that is utilized by their organization. This online interface provides administrators, known as Authorized Contacts, with a single place to manage their users' preferences, profile settings, business intelligence data, Add-on Features, and other services. The Cloud Portal also provides individual users with the ability to access customizable dashboards and online directories, update their personal information, view their own call log, and manage their profile settings, which include phone, voicemail, call routing, programmable line buttons, and emergency location preferences. Sky users can also access their voicemails and missed calls in the Portal.

Access the Account Portal
To access the Cloud Portal, see the section below for your phone system. If you are not sure what type of customer you are, see the "Which Cloud Phone System Are You Using" article.
MiCloud Customers
Access the Account Portal at portal.connect.mitel.io.
Authorized Contacts and Users
Sign in with your username, which is usually set to your business email address, and your Portal "user" password. Note that your username is managed in the Personal Information screen of the Account Portal. For more help, go to the Sign In to a MiCloud Application section of the Unified Sign In article.
Sky Customers
Access the Account Portal at portal.connect.mitel.io.
Authorized Contacts and Users
- When the Sign in to RingCentral screen appears, enter your username, which is usually set to your business email address, and click Next.
Note that your username is managed in the Personal Information screen of the Portal. - When the next screen appears, enter your Portal password and click Next.
- If you entered the correct password, the Portal opens. If your password is expired or will expire soon, you are prompted to change your password. For help, see the Recover or Reset Your User Password article.
- If you entered an incorrect password, an error message is displayed and the password field is outlined in red.

Users Only
Users can no longer sign in with a phone number and PIN (see the Note below for details). You have the option of signing in with your phone number and complex password. To do this, enter your phone number in step 1 above instead of your business email address (username). However, when you sign in with your phone number, you do not have access to the following three features in the Portal:
We recommend that all users sign in using their business email address (username) and Portal "user" password so they will have access to these features. See the Password Management article for more information about managing the three different types of passwords used in the Sky phone system.
NOTE: In January 2019, a new security policy eliminated the option of signing in to the Portal using a phone number and phone/voicemail PIN. To learn more about this new security policy, see the MiCloud and Sky Support and Password Management articles.

If you forgot your Portal password, see the Recover or Reset Your User Password article. Note that the Password Management article also has sections to help you. When logging in with your business email address (username), see the Reset Sky Account Portal "User" Password section. When logging in with your phone number, see the Reset Complex Phone Password section.
MiCloud Customers

If you do not know your username, contact an
Authorized Contact (phone system administrator) in your organization or contact
MiCloud and Sky Support to open a Support Case.
