The Services screen enables Authorized Contacts (Decision Makers and Phone Managers) to search for and optionally export data related to the services and service orders for their organization's Sky phone system.

The Services screen is a tabular formatted grid that enables you to customize your view of data on the screen. You can drag columns to different locations, change column width, and right-click within the column headings area to make selections to show or hide any of the columns of data that are displayed on the screen. Because the Services screen displays many columns of data, having the ability to hide columns provides a better view of the data that you want to see. If you export data from this screen, all columns of data are exported whether the columns are shown or hidden. However, filtering with search criteria and/or selecting menu items that restrict the display of data will reduce the number of rows that are exported. Additionally, tabular formatted screens provide a "Multiple values search" field.

View Services

  1. Log in to Account Portal with your business email address (username) and user password.
  2. Navigate to Organization > Billing > Services.
  3. View services-related data that is displayed in the following columns:
    • Service ID
    • (Service) Name
    • Invoice Group
    • Order ID
    • Requested By
    • Service Type
    • Location
    • Status
    • Circuit ID
    • Circuit Status
    • Created (date)
    • Live Actual (date)
    • Activation Date
    • Currency type
    • MRC (Monthly Recurring Charges)
    • NRC (Non-Recurring Charges)
    • Profile TN
    • Parent Type
    • Parent
    • Product
  4. To customize your view of services and optionally export the customized view, you can do the following in the column headings area at the top of the screen:
    • Search - Type search criteria to find data by Service ID, Name, Order ID, Requested By, Location, TN, Profile Name, Product, Circuit ID, several date fields (Created, Live Actual, and Forecast) and two monetary value fields, MRC (Monthly Recurring Charges) and NRC (Non-Recurring Charges).
    • Filter - Select values from the Invoice Groups, Service Type, Status, and Circuit Status drop-down menus.
    • Sort - Click any of the column headings to sort data in one direction, then click the column heading again to sort in the opposite direction.

Export Services

To export services data, perform the steps below. If you want to export only a subset of services data, see the View Services section above and customize your view before exporting the data.

  1. Click Export on the toolbar.
  2. In the pop-up dialog that appears, follow the prompt to either open or save the ServiceExplorer.csv file on your computer.
  3. When viewing the ServiceExplorer.csv file, if any of the columns display the data as #######, widen the columns to view the actual data.
