If you are a MiCloud Decision Maker, Phone Manager, or Billing Contact, you can view, search, and export data related to services and service orders for your account.
The following information is displayed on the Services page of the Account Portal:
- Service ID
- Name (Service Name)
- Invoice Group
- Order ID
- Requested By
- Service Type
- Location
- Status
- Circuit Status
- Circuit ID

- Created (Date)
- Live Actual (Date)
- Activation Date
- Currency
- MRC (Recurring Fees)
- NRC (One-time Fee)
- Profile TN
- Parent Type
- Parent
- Product

To view services data:
- Log in to theĀ Account Portal.
- On the Organization menu, under Billing, click Services.
- To filter the list, do one of the following:
- Type your filter criteria in the search field on the toolbar.
- Type your filter criteria under the appropriate column heading.
- Select an invoice group under the Invoice Group column heading.
- Select a service type under the Service Type column heading.
- Select a status under the Status column heading.
- Select a circuit state under the Circuit State column heading.
Exporting Services Data
You can export services data for your account to a .csv (Comma Separated Values) file.
- Log in to theĀ Account Portal.
- On the Organization menu, under Billing, click Services.
- Filter the list of services data as desired.
- Click Export on the toolbar.
- Follow the prompts to open or save the file.
