MiCloud/Sky has permission to use a collection of music titles in the ASCAP catalog for our music on hold purposes. This article provides a list of the songs in the ASCAP catalog that are available to MiCloud and Sky customers for implementing hold music in a MiCloud or Sky phone system.
If you are an Authorized Contact for a MiCloud or Sky account and want to have one of the songs listed in the following table played when the people who call your company are placed on hold, choose a song and create a Support Case to indicate your choice and submit your request. Our Support team will configure the desired music for calls placed on hold within your phone system. For more information, see the Support Cases article.
