MiCloud Account Management

MiCloud Authorized Contacts are trusted people, both inside and outside your organization, who manage your phone system. Authorized Contacts are assigned different roles, depending on their rights and responsibilities within an organization. See Roles and Permissions for information about the different roles that can be assigned to Authorized Contacts.

As a MiCloud Authorized Contact, you can use the Account Portal to do some or all of the following, depending on the role you are assigned:

• View a list of Authorized Contacts on your account
• Assign Authorized Contact Roles to users on your account
• Enable Decision Maker or Phone Manager access for the referring Partner on your account
• Create and manage groups and assign Team Managers (Group Owners)
• Monitor user activity, such as call flow changes and other significant user activity
• View important announcements and messages
• View important information and details about your account
• Manage emergency registration
• View a list of phones and add phones for your account
• View a list of phone numbers assigned to your account
• Manage hold music resources for your account
• Manage geographic locations for your account
• Manage call flow components for your organization
• Manage account codes for your organization
• Manage users on your account
• Manage billing for your account
• Manage add-on features for your account
• Access the following features which are also available to Team Managers:
  • View phone-based business intelligence data such as Live Answer and Talk Time reports
  • View call activity reports for all members of each group you manage
  • Manage report subscriptions
