Phone Profile Time Settings

This article provides instructions for controlling the time zone and time format utilized in the Sky phone system.

Time Zone and Time Format

• By default, the Time Zone associated with a phone profile matches the default time zone selected by the Phone Manager. The Time Zone setting can be changed by users and Authorized Contacts (Decision Makers and Phone Managers).
• For users who want to control the format for the time displayed on their phone and on some reports and screens of the Account Portal, you can choose between standard 12-Hour AM/PM time and 24-Hour (military) time.

Users

To modify your time settings:

1. Log in to the Account Portal with your username (typically your business email address) and user password.
2. Navigate to Home > Settings > Phone Settings.
3. On the Phone Settings screen, select the Phone tab.
4. Under Time Settings, you can customize the following:
   • Time Zone - Click to the right of Time Zone and select an available Time Zone from the drop-down list.
   • Time Format - Click to the right of Time Format and select one of the following:
     • H24 - 24-Hour (military) time
     • AMPM (the default) - standard 12-Hour AM/PM time
5. Click the checkmark to the right of the settings to save the selected changes.

Authorized Contacts

To modify time settings:

1. Log in to the Account Portal with your username (typically your business email address) and user password.
2. Navigate to Phone System > Users.
3. On the Users screen, right-click within the row of the desired user and select Phone Settings.
   Alternatively, within the row of the desired user, click the Service/Phone Name link.
4. On the Phone Settings screen, select the Phone tab.
5. Under Time Settings, you can customize the following:
   • Time Zone - Click to the right of Time Zone and select an available Time Zone from the drop-down list
   • Time Format - Click to the right of Time Format and select one of the following:
     • H24 - 24-Hour (military) time
     • AMPM (the default) - standard 12-Hour AM/PM time
6. Click the checkmark to the right of the settings to save the selected changes.
