Our SLA (Service Level Agreement) provides for the replacement of a failed switch to be shipped to the customer the next business day for all businesses located in the United States. For customers with either JumpStart or ExpertStart service, RingCentral includes the initial configuration of rental switches at no additional cost with the following considerations:
- Configuration must be completed during the Onboarding process. If additional configuration assistance is required, customers must purchase a Network Services package.
- Per standard configuration protocol, a switch can have up to two VLANs configured that are set up as Layer 2 only.
- RingCentral does not manage switches in an ongoing capacity.
