Conference Usage

The Conference Usage screen enables Authorized Contacts (Decision Makers, Phone Managers, and Billing Contacts) to search for, view, and export a monthly usage report for all users of the Sky (On Demand) Conferencing service.

View Conference Usage

To view a conference usage report:

  1. Log in to Account Portal with business email address (username) and user password.
  2. Navigate to Organization > Usage > Conference Usage.
  3. The Conference Usage report appears displaying the following conference usage data that is associated with the current month and year:
    • Conference - The conference extension number is normally the last four digits of the associated user's Sky phone number. The conference extension number is also a link to view more detailed usage information. Click the link to view the conference details listed below. To return to the original (parent) report, click the left-pointing arrow, located to the left of the search (Find) field.
      • Start Time - Date and time
      • Duration - Length of the selected conference in seconds
      • Name - Person who called the selected conference number
      • Number - Phone number used to call the selected conference number
    • Description - Optional description of the conference
    • Profile - The user assigned to the conference extension number
    • Minutes Used - Usage for the selected month
  4. To sort data, click any of the column headings to sort in one direction, then click the column heading again to sort in the opposite direction. The data will be sorted in ascending or descending order.
  5. To search for data, type search criteria in the empty input field on the toolbar and then click the Find. When searching for multiple instances of search criteria, click Next (to the left of the save icon).
  6. To navigate through multiple pages of usage data, use the >, > |, <, and < | icons on the tool bar (to the left and right of the report page numbers).
  7. To view conference usage for a different month, select the desired month (and enter a different year if applicable) and then click View Report.
  8. To export the data displayed on the screen, click the Save icon and select the desired format to download the file to your computer.

Data Storage

The following data storage rules apply to Conference Usage reports: 

  • Conference Usage data that is older than 13 months may be archived. Note that a formal request via a Support case is required to obtain the data.
  • Conference Usage data that is older than 7 years is deleted from the Sky archives.
