To determine which cloud-based phone system you are using, MiCloud or Sky, use the following:
- If you have the Client application installed on your computing device, you are a MiCloud customer. Otherwise, continue with the following steps to identify your phone system. The following image shows a collapsed view of the Client.

- Log in to the self-service user and administrator Account Portal at the URL below using your business email address (username) and user password.
NOTE: If you are unable to log in to the Account Portal, see the Cloud Portal Log In Screen article or ask someone else in your organization to do this.
- Hover your mouse pointer over the Home menu. If the menu looks like the image below on the left, you are a Sky customer. If the menu looks like the image below on the right, you are a MiCloud customer.

- If you are an Authorized Contact (Decision Maker or Phone Manager), hover your mouse pointer over the Phone System menu. If the menu looks like the image on the left below, you are a Sky customer. If the menu looks like the image on the right below, you are a MiCloud customer.

- If you log in and your screen looks like the image below, you are a MiCloud Admin using Account Console.
