Team Recordings is another name for Sky Replay recordings when accessed via the Team Menu in the Sky Account Portal.
Accessing Sky Replay from the Team menu enables Team Managers to listen to call recordings for members of the Groups for which they are owners. It is important to note that Groups are created by Authorized Contacts, and the designated owner of each Group becomes a Team manager. Only Team managers and Authorized Contacts have access to the Team menu in the Sky Account Portal.
To utilize Sky Replay for Team managers:
- Log in to Account Portal with your business email address (username) and user password.
- Navigate to Team > Add-on Features > Call Recordings.
- Select the desired Group from the drop-down menu located above the top-left corner of the toolbar.
- All call recordings for the selected group are displayed on the Call Recording screen where you can perform the following actions:
- Play Recording - Click the audio (speaker) icon to the right of the check box to play the recording.
- Download - Select the check box next to the recording you want to download and click Download in the toolbar. Currently, you can download only one recording at a time. Alternatively, right-click the desired recording and select the Download option from the pop-up menu that appears.
- Delete - Select the check box next to one or more recordings that you want to delete and click Delete in the toolbar. Alternatively, right-click the desired recording and select the Delete option from the pop-up menu that appears.
- Archive - Archive functionality is not supported. To save a recording permanently, use the Download feature that is described above.
- Export - Click Export and follow the prompts to save the .csv file to your computer.
- Click to Dial - Click any phone number in the Remote Number column to call that number.
