Integrating your MiCloud phone system with your organization's Microsoft Exchange server allows Client users to view and create Exchange calendar events through the Client. As a MiCloud Administrator, you can configure Microsoft Exchange integration from the Account Console.
- On the Account Console menu, click Add-On Apps and then click Integrations & Downloads.
- Under Microsoft Exchange Server, next to Exchange Server Name or IP, click the current setting.
- Type the fully-qualified domain name (FQDN) or IP address of your organization's Microsoft Exchange server.

to save your changes. - If your Exchange Server is Office 365, use the click here link to provide admin consent on your Office 365 tenant.
Removing Microsoft Exchange Configuration
Removing the Microsoft Exchange server name or IP address prevents desktop client users from viewing and creating Exchange calendar events from within the Client.
- On the Account Console menu, click Add-On Apps and then click Integrations & Downloads.
- Under Microsoft Exchange Server, next to Exchange Server Name or IP, click the current setting.
- Delete the Microsoft Exchange server name or IP address.
- Click
to save your changes. - When prompted, click Remove to confirm that you want to remove the Exchange server configuration.
The Exchange server configuration is removed and the field displays Not configured.
