To improve security for customers and reduce environmental impact, we have moved to a paperless invoicing process. Effective October 1, 2020, Customers can opt out of receiving paper invoices and avoid a fee of $4.95 per month, per invoice. This impacts all US MiCloud and Sky customers.
Action Required
Today, if you are currently receiving paperless invoices, no action is required. However, if today you are receiving paper invoices and you do not take action to opt-out, you will be charged $4.95 per month, per invoice unless you opt out of this option.
How Can I Opt Out of Paperless Invoicing?
If you are the Billing Contact or Decision Maker, you can complete the request to opt out of paper invoicing in the Invoices & Payments section of your Account Portal.
Steps to go paperless and opt-out through Account Portal:
- Hover over the Organization tab and under Billing, select Invoices & Payments.
- Select the Manage Invoice Groups tab.
- Click on the Invoice Group you want to opt-out of.
- Select the Opt Out button and click OK to complete the request.
NOTE: If you choose to enable and receive a paper invoices, the fee will appear in Section H of your monthly invoice.
Once I Opt Out, Hhow Will I Receive Paperless Invoices?
If you opt out and become paperless, the authorized contact designated on your account will receive a monthly billing notification (“Your Invoice is Ready”) with a link to your account portal. You may view, download and pay your invoices on your Account Portal.
