Known Issues and Limitations

• The PCRecruiter CTI adapter requires SCCP protocol. Note that the Sky Softphone mimics SCCP to enable functionality, but most other softphones do not work with PCRecruiter.
• When users change their phone password, there is no error message that shows the password is invalid.
