Teamwork Overview

Teamwork provides collaborative web, desktop, and mobile applications for users with a supported phone profile in a MiCloud phone system. Teamwork provides a virtual "workspace" where members can add messages, share files, assign tasks, hold impromptu audio and video conferences, and exchange personal and group messages. Teamwork messaging functionality is now integrated with the Client and the Connect for iOS and Android mobile apps. Two key features of Teamwork are real-time notifications and persistent messaging. Instead of getting bogged down in email threads, Teamwork can enable your team to be more organized, productive, and flexible.

Because the Teamwork for Web and Teamwork for Desktop interfaces are similar, this documentation is applicable to both applications.

NOTE: Effective March 9, 2022, BlueJeans or Zoom video conferencing integration with Teamwork applications is no longer available.
