If you are a Decision Maker for your account, you can view the partner details associated with your account on the Partner page of the Account Portal.
NOTE: This is applicable for accounts for which a Partner Managed Partner.
To view the partner details associated with your account:
- Log in to the Account Portal.
- Do one of the following:
- In the Support menu, click more...
The How can we help? page opens and the partner information is displayed in the Contact Support section.
- In the Organization menu, under Account, click Partner.
The Partner page is displayed.
The following partner information, if available, is displayed:
- Name — your partner's name
- Partner ID — your partner's ID
- Address — your partner's address
- Main phone number — your partner's phone number
- Toll-free phone number — your partner's toll- free phone number
- Support email address — your partner's email address
- Support website — your partner's website
- Company logo — your partner's company logo
- Additional support info — additional support information about your partner
These details will help you contact your partner if you experience an issue with a MiCloud product, feature, or service.
