MiTeam Meetings is a video-conferencing application that seamlessly transitions between voice, video, chat, and web share functionality. This application is available at no additional cost to all MiCloud customers who have an Essentials, Premier, or Elite phone profile.
MiTeam Meetings is enabled by default for all MiCloud customers. Customers enabled for MiTeam Meetings can start, schedule, and manage video conferences. Each video conference can last up to 20 hours and support up to 10 MB of chat file sharing per participant.
Accessibility
MiTeam Meetings can be accessed in the following different ways:
- As a standalone application accessed at https://meet.mitel.io/. You have the option of installing the application for the best video conferencing experience by clicking Download App at the bottom of the Welcome to MiTeam Meetings page.
- As an integrated and standalone application accessed in the Teamwork collaboration apps. This method of accessing MiTeam Meetings is available to MiCloud customers in North America.
- As a standalone application accessed in the Client desktop application.
Sign In
To sign in to MiTeam Meetings, use the same MiCloud username and password that you use to sign in to the Account Portal and all other MiCloud applications. For more information, see the Unified Sign-In article.
Participants
The following list shows the maximum number of participants for a MiTeam Meeting, which is determined by the type of phone profile assigned to the user who starts the video conference:
- Essentials - 8 total participants including 8 video tiles
- Premiere - 50 total participants including 16 video tiles
- Elite - 100 total participants including 16 video tiles
