Information

As a MiCloud Account Console user, you can access the MiCloud Account Portal for viewing details about and managing your phone service and user settings.

To access the Account Portal, do either of the following:

  • Log in to Account Portal using your MiCloud user name and password.
    NOTE: IE9 browser is not supported for use with the Account Portal.
  • On the Account Console, click the (Settings) icon at the top right corner of the page and then click the My Settings button. The Account Portal opens in a new tab (available for Full Administrators and Billing Administrators only).
NOTE: If you are an Administrator without phone service, your Personal Information page is displayed when you log in to the Account Portal. For more information see, Editing Your Personal Information.

Viewing Your Home Page

If you are an Administrator with phone service, your Home page is displayed when you log in to the Account Portal. Your Home page is divided into the following areas:

  • Left Panel - Displays statistics related to your phone usage. You can view your live answer percentage, average time on the phone, and the number of inbound, outbound, and internal calls for a time period that you specify. By default, statistics are displayed for the last seven days.
  • Right Panel - Displays your assigned line buttons, currently selected emergency address, and shortcuts to your phone settings.

Using the Account Portal

As a MiCloud user, you can use the Account Portal to do the following:
