As a MiCloud Administrator, you can manage the following add-on features for your MiCloud account:
- Mitel Interaction Recording - A service that enables call recording for MiCloud users. Users can record telephone calls and then search for, play, and download call recordings from the Call Recording portal.
- Connect for Mobile - A service that provides the ability to use a single mobile device for both business and personal communications; users can access desk phone and Unified Communications capabilities from their mobile device.
- Connect Scribe - An email transcription service; provides an email transcription of each voicemail message a user receives, along with a .wav file of the message.
- Connect Fax - An email-to-fax service that enables users to receive incoming faxes in their email Inbox and send outbound faxes as email attachments.
- Connect Teamwork - A collaboration mobile app for MiCloud users that provides a virtual place where teams can post messages, assign tasks, and share files.
- Connect Archiving - A service that provides long-term storage of IM, Call Recording, and Conferencing media.
- Connect SMS - A service that enables Teamwork users to send and receive SMS messages on their MiCloud phone number.
