If you are a MiCloud Decision Maker or Phone Manager, you can download the most recent version of the Client available for your account from within the MiCloud Account Portal. The Client installer is available for individual Windows and Mac installations and is available as an MSI file for distribution to all users on your account.
To download the Client installer:
- Log in to the Account Portal.
- On the Phone System menu, click Add-on Features.
- Select the App Integrations tab.
- Under Application Downloads, click to download one of the following installer files:
- Connect Desktop Client - Windows MSI (for enterprise deployment)
- Connect Desktop Client - Windows EXE (for individual installation on a machine running Windows)
- Connect Desktop Client - Mac OS DMG (for individual installation on a machine running Mac OS)
- Connect Desktop Client - Windows MSI (for enterprise deployment with the non-admin client)
- Connect Desktop Client - Windows EXE (for individual installation with the non-admin client)
- Follow the prompts to save the installer file.
