The User Activity Monitoring screen enables Authorized Contacts to review call flow changes and other significant user activity in the Sky Account Portal. To access the User Activity Monitoring screen, navigate to Organization > Account > User Activity Monitoring.
Search for User Activity
You can search the User Activity Monitoring screen by using the available search fields and drop-down menus listed below:
- Location
- Date and Time
- Name
- Username
- Account
- Level
- Activity
You can also export data from the User Activity Monitoring screen and save it to your computer in the form of a .csv (Comma Separated Values) file. User Activity Monitoring Logs are deleted from the Sky Account Portal after 60 days.
