Overview

Sky for Sendouts is an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) that utilizes the Sky API. This ATS enables users to utilize their Sky phone within the Sendouts ATS. Outgoing calls can be initiated with a single-click and notes can be automatically added to Sendouts.

Requesting the Service

The following must be done from within Sendouts:

  • User will navigate to File > Preferences > User > VOIP Software
  • The user must choose "Sky" as a phone system, and will then be promoted to enter their phone number and password combination.
  • Client can then click-to-dial from all phone numbers in Sendouts.

Known Issues

If a user changes their phone password there is no error message that shows the password is invalid
