The following is the data retention policy for Sky Contact Center customers:

  • Call Data Records (CDRs) - 25 Months
  • Call Recordings - 3 Months

If you are a customer and your retention needs exceed 25 months for CDRs and/or 3 months for call recordings, please contact Support.
