Redial is a feature of the Sky phone system that enables you to place a call to the last (most recent) phone number that you dialed.
To utilize redial functionality on your phone, use the instructions below for the brand of phone used in your phone system:
Using IP 400-Series Phones
- Press the History function key.
- Use the navigation keypad to scroll to and highlight the desired contact name or phone number for the last call that was placed.
- Press the Dial soft key.
Using Cisco 7900-Series Phones
- Press the Redial soft key and the last number to which you placed a call will be dialed.
