Managing Your Personal Contacts

The Personal Contacts directory serves as your own personal, customizable directory. This directory can contain contacts that are internal and external to your organization. Your Personal Contacts are accessible from your phone and the Account Portal. You can download the list of contacts.

NOTE: Personal contacts are now managed exclusively by Client. To use this feature, refer Client User Guide.

Exporting Contacts

You can export a list of contacts from the Personal Contacts directory to your local machine. 

Exporting a List of Contacts

1. Log in to the Account Portal.
2. On the Home menu, under Contacts, click Personal Contacts.
3. Click Export on the toolbar.
   The contact list is downloaded as a .csv file.
