Subscribing to a Report

You can subscribe to a report directly from any Live Answer, Talk Time, or Call Activity report page or you can add subscriptions from the Subscriptions page of the Account Portal.

NOTE: For high-level reports, such as Talk Time or Live Answer reports, you can subscribe to reports for a variable date range; Today, Yesterday, Last Week, and so on. For more detailed reports, you can only subscribe to reports for a fixed date range. However, you can periodically update the date range to receive more updated reports.
