As a MiCloud Administrator, you can view the status of orders and track orders for your account.
The following information is displayed for each order:
- Order status
- Order number
- Location the order was charged to
- Monthly billing impact of the order
- One-time charges associated with the order
- Name of the person who placed the order
- Date when the order was placed
- Shipping vendor and tracking number (for hardware shipments)
- Track button to view the tracking details of the order (for hardware shipments)
- Estimated shipping date of the order (for hardware shipments)
- Shipping location of the order (for hardware shipments)
To view a list of orders on your account:
- On the Account Console menu, click Billing and then click Orders.
- Filter and sort orders using the drop-down lists at the top of the Orders page.
