An emergency callback number is assigned to each location configured for your account. Each geographic location configured for your account must be registered as an emergency location and must have an associated emergency hunt group configured. Emergency hunt groups are used to route return calls from emergency services. SelfStart customers must reach out to Support and customers with partner support must reach out to their partner to set up an emergency hunt group for each location in their account. WARNING: If for any reason emergency services need to call back to a location and users have not been assigned to an emergency hunt group associated with the callback number, no phones will ring.
