MiCloud Team Managers and Authorized Contacts can export any Live Answer or Talk Time report to any of the following formats:
- XML
- CSV (comma separated value)
- PDF
- TIFF
To export a Live Answer or Talk Time report:
- From the Account Portal, generate the Live Answer or Talk Time report you want to export.
- On the toolbar at the top of the report page, click
, and then select the format to export the report to. - Follow the prompts to open or save the file.
