Information

MiCloud Team Managers and Authorized Contacts can export any Live Answer or Talk Time report to any of the following formats:

  • XML
  • CSV (comma separated value)
  • PDF
  • TIFF

To export a Live Answer or Talk Time report:

  1. From the Account Portal, generate the Live Answer or Talk Time report you want to export.
  2. On the toolbar at the top of the report page, click , and then select the format to export the report to.
  3. Follow the prompts to open or save the file.
