Call Recording Retention and Archiving

By default, a call recording is archived for one year from the date the call is recorded. MiCloud Decision Makers, Phone Managers, and Full Admins could previously extend the archive period up to seven years by subscribing to MiCloud Archiving. The call recordings are deleted according to the Data Retention Schedule.

IMPORTANT: MiCloud Archiving can no longer be enabled. MiCloud Archiving continues to be supported for those customers who already have it enabled. However, once archiving is disabled for any feature, it cannot be re-enabled.

Note: The user is responsible for downloading the call recordings before closing the user profile or discontinuing the archiving service. After the archiving service ends, the call recordings are deleted permanently. Closing or deleting a user profile does not delete the user's call recordings.
