When you log in to the Account Portal, your personal home page is displayed. You can view and edit some settings from this page. Your home page is divided into the following areas:
- Left Panel - Displays statistics related to your phone usage. You can view your live answer percentage, average time on phone, and the number of inbound, outbound, and internal calls for a time period that you specify. By default, statistics are displayed for the last seven days.
- Right Panel - Displays your assigned line buttons, currently selected emergency address, and shortcuts to your phone settings.

Selecting a Phone Profile
If you have more than one phone profile assigned to you, you can select the profile to manage.
- At the upper-left of your Account Portal home page, in the Manage phone settings for list, select the profile you want to manage.
