If you are a Decision Maker, Phone Manager, or Billing Contact, you can view and export Courtesy Usage reports for your account. The Courtesy Usage report displays information for all courtesy profiles on your account. The report includes charges for any overages.
Courtesy profiles are intended for lobby, conference room, and other common area phones. Courtesy profiles include unlimited inbound minutes and 200 minutes of outbound calling per month. Overage charges apply once the 200 minute limit is exceeded.
The initial Courtesy Usage report includes the following:
- Location
- Usage Region
- Profile Name
- Profile Type
- From Number
- To Number
- Start Time
- End Time
- Seconds (Duration)
- Charge
Generating a Courtesy Usage Report
By default, the data displayed in the Courtesy Usage report is for the previous calendar month.
The Courtesy Usage report for the selected date range is displayed.
- On the Organization menu, under Usage, click Courtesy Usage.
- In the From field, type or select the first date to include in the report.
- In the To field, type or select the last date to include in the report.
- Click View Report.
The Courtesy Usage report for the selected date range is displayed.
Exporting a Courtesy Usage Report
You can export a Courtesy Usage report to any of the following formats:
- XML
- CSV (comma separated value)
- PDF
- TIFF
NOTE: Courtesy usage data is only available for 7 years; all data older than 7 years is deleted and is not available.
To export a Courtesy Usage report:
- Generate the report you want to export.
- On the toolbar at the top of the report page, click
, and then select the format to export the report to. - Follow the prompts to open or save the file.
