Information

You can view important information about your account on the Account Details page of the Account Portal. The information available to you on the Account Details page depends on your MiCloud role.

The Account Details page is divided into the following areas:

  • Contacts (top-left panel) — Contains the following tabs:
    • Account Contacts — Displays the name, title, and role for each Authorized Contact on your account.
    • Mitel Contacts — Displays the name, phone number, and email address for each of your MiCloud contacts; includes your Customer Success Manager, Project Manager, Account Advocate, Salesperson, and so on.
  • Account Facts (top-center panel) — Displays the following account information:
    • Name — your account name
    • Status — your account status
    • Website — the URL for your company website
    • Account Number — your account number
    • Partner — the name of the partner associated with your account, if applicable
    • Compliance Policies — displays the compliance status on your account
    • Instance — your instance name; this information is required when changing TFTP (Config Server) settings on remote phones
    • Call Center Instance — your call center instance name
    • Industry — the industry associated with the account
    • Outbound Dial Digit — displays the outbound dial digit for your account
  • Account Summary (top-right panel) — Displays the following account summary information:
    • Balance — your current account balance
      If you have multiple countries and currencies on your account, the balance for each currency is listed individually.
    • Payment (Decision Makers and Billing Contacts only) — a drop-down list of the invoice dates and the balance due for each invoice is displayed. In the list, select the invoice you want to pay and click the Pay Now button to make the payment. For information about making payments, see the Managing Invoices and Payments article.
      NOTE: Payments via Account Portal are only supported for invoices issued in USD. This option is not available for invoices issued in CAD.
    • Invoices & Payments — the following information is displayed in this section:
      • Billable Locations — the number of billable locations associated with your account
      • Invoice Groups — the number of invoice groups associated with your account
      • Number of Profiles — the number of profiles associated with your account
      • Number of Circuits — the number of circuits associated with your account
    • View Terms of Service — click to view the MiCloud by RingCentral Terms of Service
  • Numbers (bottom-left panel) — Contains the following tabs:
    • Numbers By Location — displays the number of telephone numbers in use and available and the number of toll-free telephone numbers in use and available for each location associated with your account
    • Ranges By Location — displays the telephone number ranges available for each location associated with your account
  • Account Information (bottom-right panel) — Contains the following tabs:
    • Geographic Locations — displays the actual live date, scheduled live date, number of profiles, currency type, and recurring fees for each location associated with your account. You can filter the list to show information for All locations or for Active, Circuit, On Net, or Off Net locations only
      NOTE: By default, a maximum of five locations are displayed. To show all locations that match your filter criteria, click Show All in the bottom-right corner of the panel.
    • Services — displays the country location, product, quantity, one-time fee (NRC), and recurring fees (MRC) for each active and pending service associated with your account
    • Invoices & Payments — displays the Invoices & Payments page

To view account details:

  • On the Organization menu, under Account, click Account Details.
