Information

As a MiCloud Decision Maker, you can invite a recognized IT consultant or service provider as an authorized partner for your account. Once you authorize them, they can grant Decision Maker access to your account to members of their staff, allowing them to perform administrative activities on your behalf.

NOTE:

Inviting a Partner to Access Your Account

To invite a partner to access your account, you will need the partner's Partner ID or the URL shared by the partner. After you invite the partner, they will need to accept your invitation before they can perform administrative activities on your behalf.

NOTE: You can revoke partner access to your account at any time. This is applicable only for customer-designated support partner access.

To invite a partner to access your account by using the Partner ID shared by the partner:

  1. Log in to the Account Portal.
  2. On the Organization menu, under Account, click Partner.
  3. Click Add.
The Add Partner dialog box opens.
  4. In the Add Partner dialog box, enter the Partner ID provided by your partner in the Partner ID field, and then click Submit.
The name of the invited partner is displayed on the Partner page along with the status of the invitation.

To invite a partner to access your account by using the URL shared by the partner:

  1. Click the URL shared via email by the partner.
    A login window opens.
  2. Enter the credentials to log in to the Account Portal.
  3. Click Confirm in the confirmation dialog box that opens on the Partner page.
The name of the invited partner is displayed on the Partner page along with the status of the invitation.
