If you are a Decision Maker for your account, you can view the pricing plans of all orders/services associated with your account on the Price Management page of the AccountPortal.

The Price Management page enables you to search for and view MRR and NRR pricing information by Invoice Group or by Service Type. You can filter data by location, product category, or service status.

To access the Price Management page, do the following:

  1. Log in to the Account Portal.
  2. In the Organization menu, under Billing, click Price Management.
The Price Management page displays the following information:
  • Name
  • Quantity
  • Country
  • Currency
  • MRR Unit
  • MRR Total
  • NRR Unit
  • NRR Total
  • Date Change
  • Order Type
  • New MRR
  • New NRR
  1. To filter the data displayed on the Price Management page, do one or more of the following: 
  • Location — Select a location from the drop-down list; All Locations is selected by default
  • Product Category — Select a product category from the drop-down list; All Product Categories is selected by default
  • Service Status — Select a service status from the drop-down list; Active + In Provisioning is selected by default
  1. Select one of the following View By options:
  • Service Type — to display data by product category
  • Invoice Group — to display data by invoice group location
  1. (Optional) Click Expand all groups or Collapse all groups to expand or collapse data to reveal more or fewer details.
    You can also click Expand Button or Collapse button beside each data item in the Name column to expand or collapse the details for a specific item.
 

To export a list of services and their associated prices, do the following:

  1. Log in to the Account Portal.
  2. In the Organization menu, under Billing, click Price Management.
  3. Filter the list of price data as required.
  4. Click Export on the toolbar.
  5. Follow the prompts to open or save the .csv (Comma-Separated Values) file.
NOTE: The Price Management screen is a grid in a tabular format that enables you to customize how data is displayed on the screen. You can drag columns to different locations, change the column width, and right-click within the column headings area to make selections to show or hide any of the columns of data that are displayed on the screen. If you export data from this screen, all columns of data are exported irrespective of whether the columns are shown or hidden. However, filtering with search criteria and selecting menu items that restrict the display of data will reduce the number of rows that are exported. Additionally, tabular formatted screens provide a Multiple values search field. For more information about the Multiple values search field, see Using the Account Portal.
