This article provides information about canceling your MiCloud/Sky circuit service by filling out the Circuit Cancellation Request form. However, before doing that, please read the following.
Customers can use a third-party circuit and network to connect to their MiCloud or Sky phone system. RingCentral has no control over our customers' third-party networks. These customer locations are typically protected by a firewall or routing device that sends data over the Internet instead of over RingCentral's secure, private network.
Customers who purchase a circuit from RingCentral are connected to RingCentral's network via a dedicated circuit. This enables RingCentral's Network Operations team to monitor service, provide troubleshooting, and use leading-edge technologies to optimize call quality and service.
As a best practice, customers who have purchased a circuit should use one of RingCentral's backup circuit solutions. These solutions enable our customers to utilize non-RingCentral Internet connectivity in the event of the failure of a primary RingCentral-managed connectivity access link. To learn more about our backup circuit solutions, see the Backup Circuit Solution article.

Converting Your Current RingCentral Circuit-Supported Location to a Third-Party Circuit Location
If you would like to use a non-RingCentral Internet Service Provider for connectivity to your location, follow the instructions below. Afterward, you will be provided with information you can use to set up your phones. Customers are responsible for the configuration of their network and associated devices. After receiving a signed circuit cancellation request, billing for the circuit will cease at the end of the current billing period. After your router is returned, billing will cease for your old location returned hardware. Billing will not cease until the hardware is returned.
NOTE: Migrating off of your RingCentral circuit may not be the best fit for your company. Be sure to consult with RingCentral personnel or your IT consultant to assess your current circuit and bandwidth needs.
