Supported Devices for 400-Series IP Phones

    Button Box BB424

The BB424 button box, which works with the IP485g phone, provides support for 96 programmable phone buttons. Programmable buttons allow you to press one button for phone operations that would normally require pressing several buttons.

Up to four BB424 devices can be associated with an IP485g phone. Each BB424 device contains 24 physical buttons, but because virtual pages are supported, users or authorized contacts can program up to 96 buttons, regardless of the number of physical devices installed. The 96 programmable buttons are provided through physical devices alone or through a combination of virtual pages and physical devices. When more than one button box is used for an IP485g phone, a single local power supply is required.

For more information about the BB424, see the BB424 Documentation.

    Power Supply for IP Phones

IP400-series phones can be powered through a network wall port that supports power Power over Ethernet (PoE) or using a PoE adapter.

Supported Devices for 6900-Series IP Phones

The following phone-related devices are supported for use with the 6900-series IP Phones. For details about which devices are supported on which 6900-series phone models, see  Supported Accessories Matrix for 6900-Series IP Phones.

M695 Button Box (Programmable Key Module)

The M695 Button Box (also known as the Programmable Key Module or PKM) can be attached to the 6920, 6930, and 6940 IP phones to provide additional programmable buttons. Programmable buttons allow you to press one soft key for phone operations that would normally require pressing several buttons.

Up to three M695 Button Boxes, each with 28 buttons (Buttons 1-14 are on the left and 15-28 are on the right), can be configured per phone to support up to 84 programmable buttons. If fewer physical devices are desired, one M695 Button Box can support 84 programmable buttons through virtual pages.

For more information about the M695 Button Box, see 6900-Series IP Phone Accessories Documentation.

    S720 Bluetooth Speaker

With its crystal clear HD audio, the S720 Bluetooth Speakerphone is the perfect solution for conference calls at office side tables or in small meeting rooms. The speakerphone’s functionality is tightly integrated with the 6930 and 6940 IP Phone’s built-in Bluetooth 4.1 interface to expand its capabilities beyond that of any other third-party Bluetooth device.

    Cordless Bluetooth Handset

The Bluetooth Handset lets users have mobility within a potential range of up to 10 meters (30 feet) within their office or adjacent offices – while still communicating on their desk phone.

For details about the cordless Bluetooth Handset, see 6900-Series IP Phone Accessories Documentation.
