MiCloud's ACT! screen pop integration application (ACT! Up) provides a screen pop and dialing integration to ACT! Pro, a customer/contact management program.
CRM Compatibility
- The MiCloud integration works with the client version of ACT! (Pro), not the web-based version.
- The MiCloud ACT! Integration supports ACT! 2013 and later.
Requirements
- Windows OS only. Client must be installed on each workstation that needs this integration.
- License is included in the Premier bundle and above.
