This article provides information about the standard usage charges, overage charges, rates, and fees for the profiles, phone numbers, products, and services used by MiCloud customers. Note that some customers, by contract, may have special volume discounted pricing.

Courtesy Profile Overage Charges
For all customers, 200 minutes per month of outbound calling are included with the cost of a Courtesy profile. When a user with a Courtesy profile exceeds 200 minutes of outbound calling in a month, the customer is charged the following overage amount:
- U.S. accounts = USD $0.05 per minute
- Canada accounts = CAD $0.07 per minute
Inbound Toll-Free Rates
For all customers, inbound toll-free calls are billed in 6-second increments with a 30-second minimum at the following rates:
- U.S. accounts = USD $0.045 per minute
- Canada accounts = CAD $0.06 per minute
Outbound Usage Charges for Phone Numbers without Billable Services
For all customers, outbound usage from non-profile (programming) phone numbers, which are utilized in a business's call flow (auto attendants, ring/hunt groups, etc.) generate the following charges:
- U.S. accounts = USD $0.05 per minute
- Canada accounts = CAD $0.05 per minute
Directory Assistance Charges
For all customers, directory assistance calls to the three and four-digit phone numbers listed below generate the following charges:
- U.S. accounts = USD $0.95 per call to 411
- Canada accounts = CAD $0.95 per call to 411
Local Telephone Number Storage Fees
For all customers, when the number of active local phone numbers for your account falls below the 90% utilization threshold, the following monthly storage will be charged to your account. This occurs when the number of inactive local phone numbers being stored for future use exceeds 10% of the total phone numbers for your account.
- U.S. accounts = USD $1.00 per TN
- Canada accounts = CAD $1.00 per TN
Fax Usage Charges
For all customers who have the Fax service, each fax number includes a total of 500 pages per month of combined inbound (received) and outbound (sent) faxes. For every page over 500, the overage charges are as follows:
- U.S. accounts = USD $0.05 per page
- Canada accounts = CAD $0.07 per page

Scribe Usage Charges
For all customers who have the Scribe service set to Restricted, service stops after 30 minutes of voicemail transcriptions per month. For all customers who have the Scribe service set to Unrestricted, the overage charges are as follows for every second that exceeds 30 minutes of voicemail transcriptions per month:
- U.S. accounts = USD $0.01 per second ($0.60 per minute)
- Canada accounts = CAD $0.0133 per second ($0.80 per minute)
