MiCloud Connect Archiving provides long-term storage of IMs, call recordings, and conferencing media.
IMPORTANT: MiCloud Connect Archiving can no longer be enabled. MiCloud Connect Archiving continues to be supported for those customers who already have it enabled. However, once archiving is disabled for any feature, it cannot be re-enabled.
Disabling Connect Archiving
- Log in to the Account Portal.
- On the Phone System menu, click Add-On Features, and then click Settings to the right of Connect Archiving.
The Connect Archiving dialog box is displayed. - In the Settings panel, clear the checkboxes next to the products you want to disable archiving for.
WARNING: After you disable this feature for the option(s) that you have cleared, you cannot enable the feature for those options in the future. - Click Next.
- In the Summary panel, verify the displayed information and then click Finish.
NOTE: To access the collaboration calls that are not present in the Client or if you do not have access to the Client, contact Support and request the previously recorded conference.
