If you are a MiCloud Administrator for your account, you can view the partner details associated with your account on the Partner page of the Account Console. The Partner listed on this page has been granted full administrative access to your account.

NOTE: This is applicable for accounts for which a Partner Managed Partner is enabled.

To view the partner details associated with your account:

  • Do one of the following:
    • In the Account Console, click Help at the bottom-right corner of the page and then click Contact Support.
      The Contact Support dialog box is displayed.
    • In the Account Console menu, click Partner.
      The Partner page is displayed.
    The following information, if available, is displayed:
    • Name — your partner's name
    • Partner ID — your partner's ID
    • Address — your partner's address
    • Main phone number — your partner's phone number
    • Toll-free phone number — your partner's toll-free phone number
    • Support email address — your partner's email address
    • Support website — your partner's website
    • Company logo — your partner's company logo
    • Additional support info — additional support information about your partner
    These details will help you contact your partner if you experience an issue with a MiCloud product, feature, or service.
