Integrating your MiCloud phone system with your organization's Microsoft Exchange server allows Client users to view and create Exchange calendar events through the Client. Decision Makers and Phone Managers can configure Microsoft Exchange integration from the Account Portal.
- Log in to the Account Portal.
- On the Phone System menu, click Add-on Features.
- Click the App Integrations tab.
- Under Microsoft Exchange Server, next to Exchange Server Name or IP, click the current setting.
- Type the fully-qualified domain name (FQDN) or IP address of your organization’s Microsoft Exchange server.

to save your changes. - If your Exchange Server is Office 365, use the click here link to provide admin consent on your Office 365 tenant.
Removing Microsoft Exchange Configuration
Removing the Microsoft Exchange server name or IP address prevents desktop Client users from viewing and creating Exchange calendar events from within the Client.
- Log in to the Account Portal.
- On the Phone System menu, click Add-on Features.
- Click the App Integrations tab.
- Under Microsoft Exchange Server, next to Exchange Server Name or IP, click the current setting.
- Delete the Microsoft Exchange server name or IP address.
- Click
to save your changes. - When prompted, click Remove to confirm that you want to remove the Exchange server configuration.
The Exchange server configuration is removed and the field displays Not configured.
