The 6900-Series IP Phones support a variety of headsets with different interfaces (such as USB, wired, Bluetooth, and EHS), depending on the phone model.

Headset manufacturers publish the latest compatibility information on their respective websites to provide the latest information.

RingCentral recommends that MiCloud users use the USB headsets listed in the Headset Compatibility Guide. Any USB headset not listed in the guide might not work with the MiCloud software. Using non-recommended headsets is at the user’s own risk.

NOTE: Headsets are no longer available for rental or purchase from RingCentral.

Customers should contact their respective headset vendors for more information about which headset features are available and with what specific headset software for 6900 IP phones.
