The HP 1920-24 PoE Gigabit Switch 370W (JG926A) is a supported device in the MiCloud and Sky phone systems.

NOTE: As of October 23, 2019, the HP 1920-24 PoE Gigabit Switch 370W (JG926A) is no longer available as a new rental device from RingCentral. Per Hewlett Packard, this switch has reached End of Sale. The HP 1920-24 PoE Gigabit Switch 370W (JG926A) is an advanced smart-managed fixed-configuration Gigabit switch designed for small businesses in an easy-to-administer solution. By utilizing the latest design in silicon technology, this series is one of the most power efficient in the market. The HPE 1920 Switch Series provides a great value and includes features to satisfy even the most advanced small business network. All models support rack mounting or desktop operation. Customizable features include basic Layer 2 features like VLANs and link aggregation, as well as advanced features such as Layer 3 static routing, IPv6, ACLs, and Spanning Tree Protocols.

  • 24-port gigabit advanced smart managed PoE+ switch with 370W PoE+ Power and 4 GbE SFP ports.
  • Supports a maximum of 24 autosensing 10/100/1000 ports plus 4 1000BASE-X SFP ports, or a combination of each.
  • Memory/processor: MIPS @ 500 MHz, 128 MB SDRAM, 32 MB flash, and 4.1 MB packet buffer size.
  • Switching capacity: 56 Gbps
  • Management features: IMC - Intelligent Management Center; Limited command-line interface; Web browser; SNMP manager; IEEE 802.3 Ethernet mib
  • Includes: 1 HP 1920-24G-PoE+ switch, 1 power cord, 1 rack-mount kit, 1 console cable, and 1 documentation set.

Our SLA (Service Level Agreement) provides for the replacement of a failed switch to be shipped to the customer the next business day for all businesses located in the United States. For customers with either JumpStart or ExpertStart service, RingCentral includes the initial configuration of rental switches at no additional cost with the following considerations:

  • Configuration must be completed during the Onboarding process. If additional configuration assistance is required, customers must purchase a Network Services package.
  • Per standard configuration protocol, a switch can have up to two VLANs configured that are setup as Layer 2 only.
  • RingCentral does not manage switches in any ongoing capacity.
