The MiCloud and Sky phone systems are supported by telecom server infrastructure known as "instances." Authorized Contacts can view the "Instance" for their account in the center-top panel of the Account Details screen in the Account Portal. The Account Details screen is the default view when an Authorized Contact logs into the Account Portal.

See the Account Facts section of the Account Details article for more information. If you are still not sure which instance is assigned to your account, please create a Support Case to communicate your request to Support.

NOTE: For Sky customers only, each instance has a unique TFTP/Config Server IP address (used to update remote phones at off-net locations) and a unique Server/API Port number (utilized by the Phone Assistant).
